A founder hands me the hardest cross-functional problem in the company. I hand back a system that solves it and keeps solving it.
15+ years partnering with founders and CEOs across private equity, real estate, CPG, SaaS and e-commerce. I started in sales and business development, so I learned early that every operating decision eventually shows up in revenue.
I build operating systems from scratch: OKRs, KPI governance, SOP libraries, operating cadence and accountability. I redesign org charts and hire the leaders to run them. When a company needed it, I held interim Head of People, Finance and Sales seats at the same time.
I treat AI as infrastructure. Knowledge layers on Microsoft Fabric feeding a proprietary LLM, AI-assisted recruiting, live dashboards, low-code automation across Microsoft 365. And I'm disciplined about where a problem needs AI and where it only needs good automation.
Boardroom on Monday, back office on Tuesday, investor deck on Wednesday. That range is the job.
